Frequently asked questions

• Wifi code for Timmerstugan 2
  The wifi code is ”ska vi inte ut i backen nu”. Unfortunately the wifi is not yet connected to internet due to a delayed fiber installation.
• Checkout
  Check out time is 11:00. If you rented bedlinen from us, please bring them back to the reception. In case of early departure, please leave the bed linen in the grey box by the entrance of the skishop. Please load and turn on the dishwasher before departure (you do not need to wait until the end of the program). Take out all garbage – recycling centre is by the railway crossing
• TV
  No cable or linear TV. You should be able to cast from any mobile device or connect via a HDMI cable if you bring one. There is a small HDMI-dongle hanging down under the TV for easy access.
• Dishwasher
  Only use supplied dishwasher tabs. Do not put wooden cutting boards or sharp knives in washer.
• Sorting of waste
  The trash are left at the sorting centre after the railway crossing to the right. Glass, metal, plastic are sorted separately.
• Speaker
  Pair by pressing the bluetooth button on the top and then add to your device. Does not work everytime unfortunately. You can look for blinking dots on the front of the speaker to indicate when it’s in pairing mode.
• Temperature control
  Temperature can be set in each room via the wall unit. Note that this is a ”slow system” and changes will take several hours to give effect.
• Cooking fan
  If you pull out the fan you will find buttons on the right side
• Barbeque
  Check if gas in tube before planning for a large barbeque. If you do not know how to use a grill like this, don’t try. Used incorrectly this can be a great hazard for you and the property.
• Smell
  If you feel an unpleasent smell and know that you’re not to blame, there is probably a drain that is dried out. Pour a cup of water into the drains in the Sauna and unused shower drains. If wall vents in bedrooms are completely shut the venting system will try to pull air from everywhere including the drains.
